Meet Our Founder
Rubaidat Ismail, RN
Rubaidat Ismail, is a 21 year old Registered Nurse and the founder of Ruby’s Heart Foundation, a compassion-driven initiative dedicated to supporting vulnerable children and underserved communities. With both clinical experience and a deep passion for service, she is committed to promoting wellbeing, dignity, and hope among those most in need.
Through Ruby’s Heart Foundation, Rubaidat leads outreach programs focused on meeting basic needs, providing emotional support, and improving community wellbeing. Her work is rooted in empathy, professionalism, and action—creating meaningful impact by touching lives one heart at a time.
